Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

The following are non-returnable: perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable substances, gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health or personal care items.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

Opened media (books, software)
Items showing obvious signs of use
Items with missing parts not due to our error
Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at purchase, you will receive store credit as a gift certificate rather than a cash refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
